USW Local 1005 and 8782 are seeking support from unions, labour councils, retirees, students, and community activists to rally together to lobby all levels of government to keep Stelco producing!
 
Over 20,000 people have been affected by the cuts to retiree benefits (deferred wages) by the CCAA courts and US Steel. It is time to put retirees and workers at the top of the creditors list in CCAA.
