Join the Toronto East IS branch for an on-line fundraiser with Carolyn Egan, long-time socialist, trade union activist and member of the organizing committee for Toronto's annual International Women's Day rally and march, which has been held continuously since 1978! Carolyn will discuss the historical roots of IWD, as well as the successful organizing that has taken place in Toronto.
This event is a fundraiser for socialist.ca and Socialist Worker.
