What does a revolution look like? In the past decades, we have seen revolutionary uprisings across the world, most famously the Arab spring in 2011. The revolts have had different outcomes from counter revolution to some advances for working people. In some cases, like Sudan the revolution is an ongoing process.
What are the differences and similarities between the various revolutionary uprisings? How do we learn from these events to build a revolutionary current in Canada?
Join us for this forum to discuss what lessons we can learn from recent revolts with a participant in the Egyptian revolution that overthrew a dictator.
