How do we stop far-right hate?

Public meeting
Sunday, July 16 | 1pm edt | 10 am pdt
427 Bloor st west and zoom

Far-right forces are growing in Canada and around the world. There are new fascist forces gaining traction across Europe and in the US where the Supreme Court has become a willing pusher of hate. In Canada, the convoy movement has morphed and grown and we now see weekly attacks on 2SLGBTQ+ events.

Fascism is not new and the lessons of history are important if we are to figure out how to defeat the forces of the right today. Please join us for this public meeting to discuss the contours of the far-right threat today and what w can do to stop it.

Speaker: Canan Sahin - PHD student at Queen's University in Kingston, member of PSAC 901 and a leading member of theInternational Socialists
